RETURNS
We hope you are thoroughly satisfied with all of your purchases from On Centre. If for some reason, email us at oncentrejp@gmail.com A short note with the reason for your return is helpful in your e-mail. Products must be in their original condition with the original receipt, packing inserts, tags, etc. All returns are subject to On Centre’s terms of use. On Centre is not liable for shipping charges on all returns.
SALE items are non-refundable. Due to the unique nature of “vintage” items, they are FINAL SALE. Please choose carefully.
PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS
If you need to return and item, please email us at, http://www.oncentrejp@gmail.com with the details of the items you want to return and the reason for the return within 14 days of delivery. It is also helpful, to include your invoice or slip number with the return. Once we receive the return and the items are in the conditions mentioned above, we will issue merchandise credit to an account under your name, that you can use at any point in the future in-store or online. We will notify you with an email once your merchandise credit has been established under your name.
