What is your return policy?
We accept returns for exchange or store credit within two weeks of the original purchase. Merchandise must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Store credit never expires – you have as long as you’d like to use it!
To initiate a return for an online order, send us a message at oncentrejp@gmail.com within two weeks of delivery. Please include your order number, a reason for the return, and a photo of the item(s) with original tags and packaging intact. On Centre is not liable for shipping charges on returns. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! If you stop by to shop with us in person, we're happy to gift wrap your purchase in one of our green bags with orange tissue.
If you'd like us to include gift wrapping supplies in your online order, let us know in the "Special Instructions" field during checkout. We'll include enough bags and tissue paper for you to assemble your gift yourself!

How do rewards work?
If you’ve signed up for rewards with us in-store, you’ll save one point for every dollar you spend (pre-tax). As you accumulate points, you’ll earn rewards:
250 points - 10% off an entire purchase
500 points - 20% off an entire purchase
1000 points - $50 in store credit
Points never expire. You can save them up for as long as you want!
If you opted into text alerts at sign-up, you’ll receive occasional notifications about special events, sales, and time-sensitive discounts. (Don’t worry – we won’t spam you!)

Are you open on holidays?
On Centre is open seven days a week. We are closed on Thanksgiving day, Christmas day, and for our annual inventory count in January. We are open on all other days of the year. For our current opening hours, click here.
